THE SHORT VERSION
- No accounts. You never sign up or log in.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no cookies.
- Your settings and saves stay on your device. The game never uploads them.
- The servers that deliver the game and this website keep standard request logs, described below.
WHO WE ARE
Studio Wahoti is the name under which Abdulwahed Wahedi, an individual developer, makes and publishes games, including Rogue Square Renegade. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean him. Studio Wahoti is not a company.
WHAT THE GAME STORES ON YOUR DEVICE
Rogue Square Renegade saves a few things in your browser's local storage (on Android, the storage of the browser that runs the app) so it remembers you between sessions. This data lives only on your device. We can't see it, and it is never sent to us or anyone else.

To delete all of it, clear the game site's data in your browser settings, or on Android uninstall the app or clear its storage. Deleting it resets your settings, high score, badges and run history.
WHAT IS SENT OVER THE NETWORK
Only what it takes to deliver the game: your device asks our host for the game's pages, code, images and music, and the game's service worker checks the same server now and then for a new version. The game sends no gameplay data, no device identifiers and no personal information, and it loads nothing from any other company's servers (its font and music come from our own host).
SERVER LOGS
The game is hosted on Render. This website is served by a static web host. Like nearly every web server, these hosts automatically record standard request information in their logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, and your browser's user agent (its name and version). These logs are used to run the service, fix problems and keep it secure. We don't use them to identify you, build profiles, or advertise, and we don't combine them with other data. They are kept for as long as the hosting provider keeps them under its own policy.
THE ANDROID APP AND GOOGLE PLAY
The Android version of Rogue Square Renegade opens the same web game inside Chrome on your device (a Trusted Web Activity), so everything above applies to it the same way. Google Play handles the download and, for a paid app, the purchase, under Google's Privacy Policy. We never see your payment details. Google may give us limited order information (such as an order number and country) for accounting and refunds, and anonymous, aggregated statistics such as install counts, ratings and crash rates, which don't identify you.
CHILDREN
We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included: the game collects none. Rogue Square Renegade is not directed at children under 13.
SELLING OR SHARING DATA
We don't sell or share personal information, because we don't collect any.
CHANGES
If the game ever starts to collect or send anything new, we'll update this page before that version ships and change the effective date at the top.
